Business Analyst/Functional

Job Description:

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
• Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended.
• Intermediate proficiency in Pega Platform is suggested. Conduct thorough requirements analysis to ensure accurate understanding of business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes.
• Utilize Pega Platform to streamline and optimize business operations.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Coordinate and conduct thorough testing internally and with users.
• Need full security clearance before onboarding.
