A Day in the Life
As the Brand, Social Media, Advocacy & Influence Manager for L'Oréal Paris in the SAPMENA region, you will report directly to the Brand General Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy. You'll be empowered to develop and execute innovative campaigns, fostering strong relationships with key influencers and building thriving online communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the brand's success in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.
- Advocacy Strategy & Creator Relationships:
- Set the brand's advocacy zone framework and define the creator tribe.
- Develop and implement a strategy to nurture strong creator relationships to amplify and resonate the brand's message across the SAPMENA zone.
- Campaign Performance Optimization:
- Outline campaign performance KPIs and benchmarks to share with markets.
- Optimize advocacy strategies to empower creators to develop compelling and engaging content.
- Social Listening & Local Activation:
- Encourage countries to use social listening tools to identify key social trends that resonate with their target audience.
- Adapt and tailor local activations based on social listening insights to create engaging content.
- Campaign Development & Collaboration:
- Lead and coordinate with DMI O O campaign development for launch activations and pillar support.
- Share regional needs, rising trends, and preferences, adapting relevant concepts, relatable tone of voice (TOV), talent selection, key visuals, and funnel considerations to create engaging content.
- Affiliate Strategy & Community Engagement:
- Drive the overall affiliate strategy, defining the right profiles for collaboration.
- Set guidelines to drive community engagement and brand love.
- Activation Playbooks & Brand Experiences:
- Design and lead impactful activation playbooks and brand experiences (including brand causes, events, Green Beauty initiatives, and Ramadan activations) that resonate with target audiences.
- Encourage markets to support creators in sharing their experiences to scale the right animation plan, supporting an integrated and engaging consumer experience.
- Content Amplification & Paid Promotion:
- Influence countries to closely monitor high-performing organic content.
- Amplify this content through paid promotion to expand reach and maximize engagement.
- Budget Management: Manage and define activation budgets' allocation.
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is a highly creative and results-oriented individual with a passion for social media and a proven track record of success in building and engaging online communities. You are a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the SAPMENA market.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with key influencers and advocates.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to monitor social media conversations and adapt regional campaigns to local market needs.
- Experience in developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies and building engaged online communities.
