Job Overview
We are seeking a Global NPI & Operational Programs Manager based in Singapore HQ to lead the global new product introduction (NPI) strategy and execution, manage the product catalogue with pricing, cost, and margin structure, and oversee key regional operations projects such as setting up production lines and warehouses.
In this strategic and hands-on role, you will also ensure harmonized distribution policies across overseas markets and manage the General Market Access (GMA) processes to secure timely product approvals and certifications. You will collaborate cross-functionally with regional leaders, product, supply chain, legal, and commercial teams to drive consistent execution across regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Lead and coordinate the global NPI process in collaboration with the NPI team in China.
- Ensure smooth planning and execution of product launches across all regions, aligned with corporate and regional timelines.
2. Product Catalogue & Pricing Management
- Own the global product catalogue, ensuring accurate lifecycle status, SKU definitions, and regional availability.
- Define and monitor the pricing structure, incorporating cost models, target margins, and regional competitiveness.
- Coordinate with finance and management teams to align on pricing policies and margin optimization strategies.
3. Regional Operational Project Leadership
- Oversee the implementation of key operational projects across regions, including production line setups, warehousing infrastructure, and localization hubs.
- Work closely with regional teams to ensure aligned execution, proper resource allocation, and timely milestone delivery.
- Act as the HQ lead for regional infrastructure planning in coordination with the supply chain and external partners.
4. Distribution Policy & Market Harmonization
- Define and maintain a global distribution policy framework, establishing clear channel rules and partner engagement guidelines.
- Ensure consistent policy enforcement and harmonization across EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and NAR regions.
- Support regional teams in resolving distribution conflicts and driving optimization of the partner ecosystem based on global principles.
5. General Market Access (GMA) Management
- Own the global GMA process, ensuring all products meet the required certifications and approvals for market entry.
- Collaborate with local teams and regulatory authorities to track certification requirements, costs, and lead times.
- Maintain a centralized GMA dashboard to monitor certification timelines, renewal status, and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Product Management.
- 6–10 years of experience in NPI management, product operations, or regional program leadership.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, catalogue operations, cost/margin structures, and pricing strategy.
- Proven track record of leading multi-regional operational projects, including the setup of production lines and warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with GMA and global regulatory certification processes.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with keen attention to detail in operational planning and execution.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or French is a plus for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Proficient in ERP/PLM systems, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools.
