Job Posting for Supply Chain Manager at LANDI Global
As the Supply Chain Manager at LANDI Global, you will be responsible for overseeing all supply chain and administrative processes. Your role will be pivotal in streamlining business operations, consolidating sales administration tasks, and contributing to the success of our international business endeavors.
Key Responsibilities
Order Delivery Management
Manage and optimize all aspects of sales administration, including overseeing order processing, documentation, and customer/regional operations inquiries from the order to the delivery and payment collections.
Working closely with regional sales operations teams to ensure that order processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
Manage and track sample demands and costing from the regional teams.
Supply Chain Management
Plan and oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability across the region.
Coordinate with logistics providers, regional warehouses, and distributors to optimize lead times, logistics costs, shipping modes, incoterms, customs processes process are monitored and recorded to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
Ensure compliance with local import/export regulations and documentations for audit purposes.
Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategy for key products. Monitor slow moving stocks with distributor/partner to ensure these are communicated to optimize it to other region.
Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales/shipment data within the CRM system and update weekly orders/invoice reports to management team.
Oversee data imports, exports, and data cleansing to ensure data quality.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Identify areas for automation and implement workflow enhancements where applicable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communications
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, logistics, supply chain and customer support, to ensure seamless business operations.
Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or sales operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or a similar CRM system.
Experience in logistics and freight forwarding is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and willingness to do practical, hands-on work.
Familiarity with international business operations is an advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus point to facilitate communication with Chinese associates.
