Intern, Marketing – Public Relations & Event

As the dedicated asset management arm of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC) Group which includes OCBC Bank and Great Eastern Assurance, LGI is one of the leading asset managers in Southeast Asia with S$70.0 billion (US$51.3 billion) in Assets Under Management as at 31 December 2024.

Motivated and creative design, PR & Events intern to assist with a variety of tasks across design, event coordination and public relations:

• Assist in developing and designing mock-ups and artworks for digital and print materials across a variety of marketing collaterals including banners, brochures, invitations among others; help with editing and refining designs based on feedback.
• Support in planning and organizing virtual and in-person events
• Assist with event logistics such as scheduling and coordinating vendors and preparing materials
• Assist in developing premiums and help manage inventory of premiums
• Help manage event registration, event photography and participant communications
• Document and assist in post event follow-up including reporting, photo archives and article consolidation

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe creative suite, Canva etc)
• Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently with initiative as well as a team player
• Pursuing graphic design, marketing, communications or related field
• Able to commit 6 months (full-time)
