- manage the cleaning team and equipments

- ensure cleaning supplies are always stocked up ans equipment are well kept

- to review and be able to develop new SOPs along the way to help achieve more efficient workflow

- able to make decision and plan equipment and supplies for site

- manage and monitor staff attendance and performance

- supervising worker on site and cover the back up plan for absentee
