Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure efficiency in workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
• Lead and manage a team, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Identify and resolve operational issues, optimizing processes for better efficiency
• Manage inventory, supplies, and resources to support operational needs
• Prepare reports on performance, productivity, and operational challenges
• Coordinate with different departments to enhance overall company operations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and operational reporting tools
• Knowledge of workplace safety and operational best practices

Working Location: Island-wide, Singapore

Working hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday: 830am to 530pm, Saturday: 830am to 1230pm)
