Roles & Responsibilities

  • To ensure that product merchandising is in place and aligned with the brand and company standards
  • Conduct regular market analysis to assess product performance and competition
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities, ensuring timely execution
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer preferences and trends
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet consumer demands
  • Prepare reports on product performance, sales trends, and merchandising effectiveness
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for all categories
  • Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships
  • Develop, implement and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers' needs and brand imaging
  • Develop and implement promotional plans
  • Develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales report
  • Monitor and report sales activities and follow up for management
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
  • Any other duties assigned by the management


Requirements

  • Degree in Business, or related field
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
