ASSISTANT MANAGER, VLSE DRIVER ENGAGEMENT (APPEALS TEAM)
[What you will be working on]
Join our Appeals team as we seek an empathetic, analytical, and detail-oriented professional. As a key member of our team, you will review, and process appeals from members of the public seeking vocational licences from LTA. Your role involves carefully evaluating each case, managing appellant interactions, and formulating recommendations based on established guidelines. Beyond individual cases, you will contribute to continuous improvement by analysing appeal trends and suggesting process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and evaluate public appeals with thorough attention to detail
- Develop and present well-reasoned recommendations for appeal cases
- Maintain strict compliance with established guidelines while meeting critical
timelines
- Conduct trend analysis of appeals and propose guideline refinements
- Support the Manager (Appeals & Vocational) in their duties when required
[What we are looking for]
- At least 2 years of experience in customer management or
feedback handling
- Strong command of written and verbal communication, with excellent
interpersonal skills
- Adaptable team player capable of working independently when needed
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Self-motivated individual with keen attention to detail and innovative
problem-solving abilities
- Sharp analytical skills with the capacity to address both policy and
operational challenges
