The LVMH Beauty Singapore distribution center is cornerstone of LVMH Beauty division distribution network in Asia. This world class distribution center serves as regional base for the most dynamic and celebrated Beauty Maisons from the LVMH group.
The Singapore distribution center is at the heart of the fast moving and growing Beauty sector serving the whole Asia Pacific region through multiple distribution channels such as travel retail, local subsidiaries, local and cross border direct distribution and ecommerce.
Main objective of the position
Logistics Operation Specialist will be part of a vibrant LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics Singapore Logistics Team who is responsible for the success of the downstream supply chain. In this role, she/he will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the on-the-ground operations critical to order fulfilment and be given the responsibility to tackle dynamic warehouse issues that would elevate critical and creative thinking.
Internally, this position works closely with Marketing, Supply Planners, Customer Service, the contracted logistics team to consolidate information, coordinate and align actions, challenge the different parties, and raise alerts whenever necessary. She/He reports to the Logistic Assistant Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Commerce Operations
Serve as a liaison between HQ/Brands and the contracted Logistics E-Commerce team to ensure all brand requirements are met in actual operations (e.g. Holiday set packing).
Monitor E-Commerce order fulfilment reports and support to reduce unfulfillment.
Collaborate with the brand team to resolve E-Commerce customer complaints.
Manage E-Commerce packaging material inventory (e.g. monitor and replenish E-Commerce packaging material, order the non-inventoried materials from suppliers, coordinate change of the packaging with the supply planning
Organize monthly updates from Brands and communicate them to the Operations team in a timely, clear, accurate and concise manner.
Act as the expert for E-Commerce engraving to ensure alignment between HQ, Brands and Operations.
Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end E-Commerce order process to address requests or improvements with critical and creative thinking, ensuring the esteemed brand image, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Support E-Commerce system enhancements in SAP and WMS
Inventory Management
Maintain all resources related to Warehouse Stock Segregation and ensure all files contain accurate and up-to-date information.
Provide informed suggestions to stakeholders regarding order fulfillment based on a thorough understanding of Stock Segregation methodology.
Identify stock discrepancies in SAP and WMS and investigate these discrepancies with IT and the contracted logistics.
Support and facilitate the annual stock-taking event.
Asia Regional Sourcing and Shipping Coordination
Coordinate cross-trade shipment with LFCS Customer Service team (e.g. PO migo in SAP, delivery shipping documents, emails from suppliers, forwarders, and planners)
Support shipment surveys with the designated insurer if damage is identified in an incoming shipment.
Issue shipment documents to forwarders.
Provide backup support for LFCS invoices tasks.
Warehouse Scorecard and Display
Ensure timely communication of latest slides for Safety Notice Board to the Warehouse Executive.
Update M-1 warehouse KPIs in the scorecard file before the monthly meetings.

HARD SKILL AND COMPETENCIES:
Diploma qualification or higher
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Relevant work experience in the Supply Chain areas of Purchasing, Logistics, e-Commerce Operations, Warehouse Management.
Proficiency in MS Office. Power Query and Power BI are a plus
SAP, WMS, ecommerce operation knowledge are appreciated
Six Sigma and APICS certifications are appreciated
LOCATION:
Position hybrid with on-site location in the Pioneer area. Company transport is provided from and to Boon Lay, Jurong East and Outram.
