We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tech Intern (Fragrances and Cosmetics) to join our growing Technology department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of software development, testing, production support, and data analysis. The intern will work closely with experienced team members on real-world projects, contributing to the success of our Omni Retail applications, digital products and services.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Execution:
Support project managers and team members in planning, tracking, and executing technical projects.
Assist with documentation, including project plans, specifications, and status reports.
Help coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items.
Digital Product Testing:
Participate in the testing of new and existing digital products and features.
Develop and execute test cases based on requirements and specifications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
Production Support:
Monitor production systems and applications to identify and resolve issues.
Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical problems.
Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Data Analysis:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics.
Identify trends and insights to support business decision-making.
Contribute to the development of data analysis tools and techniques.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
Basic understanding of testing principles and techniques.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
Able to commit to full time internship from Jul to Dec 2025
