Tech Intern (Fragrances and Cosmetics)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tech Intern (Fragrances and Cosmetics) to join our growing Technology department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of software development, testing, production support, and data analysis. The intern will work closely with experienced team members on real-world projects, contributing to the success of our Omni Retail applications, digital products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Execution:
  • Support project managers and team members in planning, tracking, and executing technical projects.
  • Assist with documentation, including project plans, specifications, and status reports.
  • Help coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Digital Product Testing:
  • Participate in the testing of new and existing digital products and features.
  • Develop and execute test cases based on requirements and specifications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
• Production Support:
  • Monitor production systems and applications to identify and resolve issues.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical problems.
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
• Data Analysis:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics.
  • Identify trends and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of data analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Basic understanding of testing principles and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
• Able to commit to full time internship from Jul to Dec 2025
