Logistics Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage global shipments and ensure smooth logistics operations. This role involves coordinating with factories, customers, and service providers to facilitate timely deliveries, verifying shipping documents, and supporting key operational functions. If you have a strong background in logistics and shipping, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an efficient global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and handle export and shipping operations, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries to global markets.
• Coordinate closely with external stakeholders, including factories, customers, and service providers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Arrange and submit GST supporting documents to the accounting department.
• Validate service provider invoices and ensure cost accuracy.
• Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
• Provide support in preparing presentations and reports for management.
• Collaborate within a buddy system to ensure business continuity during team members’ absence.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in the logistics and/or shipping industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and analytics is a plus.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Salary: $3,000/month

Transport Allowance: $120/month
