Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination: Align marketing events with the main marketing team to ensure consistency and maximize impact.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and enhance social media profiles for key CX executives, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and messaging.
Content Calendar Management: Create and manage a content calendar for social media activation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, communications, and sales, to integrate marketing strategies.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event coordination and social media management.
Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
