Job Posting for HR Senior Executive/ Generalist (IHRP, Process improvement/ Employee Relations) at MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior HR executive to join our organisation. They will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration and recruitment.
This role requires a strong ability to manage HR tasks in an expanding environment while maintaining a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational goals.
Office location: West, Bona Vista area
Working Hours: Hybrid work mode after probation (1-2days), office hours
HQ in Singapore, assist in managing Malaysia Office and other regions in the near future (80-120 pax)
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems/ process improvement:
Review, strategize, and enhance existing HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and alignment with company needs. Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve any conflicts or issues in a timely manner. Provide guidance to both employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating with recruitment vendors, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. Ensure a seamless integration and positive experience for new employees.
HR Projects & Initiatives:
Assist in the implementation of HR programs and projects that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR preferably has stablized the expanding company or independant thinker.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Possess tenacity, resilience and positive mindset to embrace ambiguity and change
