We're Hiring – Manufacturing Engineer (Shift, High-Tech Factory, EasternSingapore)

What You’ll Do:

· Lead and support a team to meet daily production goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.

· Manage manpower, resources, and daily shift handovers, escalating issues when needed.

· Ensure safety and manufacturing procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

· Train, coach, and implement improvements to boost performance and minimize errors.

What We’re Looking For:

· Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Production, or IT.

· Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing plant or factory.

· Process leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Willing to work 12-hour shifts (8 to 8).
