Job Summary

The candidate will be part of the Marina Bay Sands Communications team and will be responsible for supporting the integrated resort’s corporate goals via internal communication campaigns. He/she will work closely with several business units to create employee communication content to be pushed out to multiple internal communication channels such a daily news bulletin, weekly newsletter, employee TV channels, in-house employee app, private employee Facebook group, back-of house posters, and intranet.

Job Responsibilities

• Draft and schedule employee news bulletin from Monday to Saturday.
• Work with the Internal Communications team to create videos / written stories for internal communication channels.
• Maintain and update content in a timely manner on internal channels.
• Other ad hoc duties such as vendor liaison, photography, and event reporting.
• Help with other tasks as directed by team.
  
  

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student
• Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements
  
  

Experience

• No experience required as training will be provided
  
  

Other Prerequisites

• Good written and spoken English, fluency in any additional language is an added bonus
• Pays attention to details and can cope with handling multiple projects/tasks
• Collaborative team player who takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required
• Commitment of minimally six months for this internship role
