This role involves identifying digital trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing e-commerce operations and technology, partnering with marketing on digital campaigns, and leveraging data analytics for strategic decisions.
The Director will also build and lead the e-commerce team. Lead the development and oversight of marketing strategy, ensuring alignment of content, paid ads, and influencer collaborations with broader marketing goals.
Responsibilities include managing content calendars, campaign execution, brand storytelling, leading paid ad strategies, and working cross-functionally. Experience :
Minimum 7-10 years of e-commerce experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in consumer lifestyle brands preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
Data-Driven: Proven ability to use data insights to drive decision-making and achieve measurable results.
Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of online consumer behavior and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent project management and communication skills.
