Construction Site Manager

Job Description:

1. Oversee overall project execution on-site, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

2. Lead coordination between clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams to resolve technical and logistical issues.

3. Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation for management or stakeholders.

4. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations on construction activities.

5. Manage procurement, subcontractors, and manpower planning to optimize workflow and cost-efficiency.

Requirements:

1. At least 7 years of experience in construction site/project management, preferably with main contractors.

2. Excellent project planning and organizational skills, including familiarity with tools like MS Project or Primavera.

3. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.

4. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
