Since 2015, Metta HomeCare has delivered holistic, home-based medical and nursing care for individuals with chronic illnesses and organ failure. Our goal is to reduce hospital re-admissions and support aging-in-place with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct home visits and nursing assessments
✅ Administer procedures (e.g., wound care, NG tube, catheter)
✅ Coordinate care plans with doctors and caregivers
✅ Educate families on basic nursing care
✅ Achieve minimum 7 home visits/day
✅ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure PDPA compliance
✅ Refer clients for financial or psychosocial support if needed
✅ Support ad-hoc duties and fundraising activities

Requirements
🎓 Diploma/Degree in Nursing, SNB-registered
💼 1–2 years of nursing experience (community care preferred)
🚗 Able to work independently and travel for home visits
💬 Strong interpersonal and care coordination skills
