What The Role Is
The Culture Pass Office is a newly established inter-disciplinary department within the Ministry of Culture, Community, and Youth (MCCY). This department is tasked with leading a groundbreaking national initiative aimed at fostering cultural engagement and participation among a targeted demographic within our community. The goal of this initiative is to democratise access to arts and culture, encourage exploration and appreciation of diverse local arts and cultural offerings, and support the growth and sustainability of the local cultural ecosystem.
What You Will Be Working On
In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at engaging target audiences, optimizing customer journeys, and improving overall funnel performance. This position requires a strong understanding of funnel analytics to track, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, communications strategies, and lead-generation activities. Additionally, the role will require excellent communication skills, a strong command of copywriting, and the ability to ensure a consistent tone of voice across all marketing channels.
Funnel Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze the marketing funnel, using analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities for optimization to improve conversion rates.
Reporting: Collaborate with the data team to report on key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, drop-off rates, engagement metrics) and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
Messaging & Copywriting: Scan marketing and comms materials to ensure high-quality, persuasive content for marketing, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and alignment with the brand.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with inter-agency cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in messaging and marketing strategies.
Brand Consistency: Oversee the consistency of the brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials and communications, ensuring alignment with the company’s identity.
What We Are Looking For
Experiences
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on funnel analytics, lead generation, and campaign performance optimization.
Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms like Google Analytics and Tableau to track funnel metrics, interpret data patterns, and drive data-backed campaign optimisation decisions
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that demonstrate a deep understanding of audience behaviour and conversion optimization.
Competencies
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages at various stages of the funnel.
Strong project management, stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
