What The Role Is
The Culture Pass Office is a newly established inter-disciplinary department within the Ministry of Culture, Community, and Youth (MCCY). This department is tasked with leading a groundbreaking national initiative aimed at fostering cultural engagement and participation among a targeted demographic within our community. The goal of this initiative is to democratise access to arts and culture, encourage exploration and appreciation of diverse local arts and cultural offerings, and support the growth and sustainability of the local cultural ecosystem.
What You Will Be Working On
In this role, you will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting data-driven insights to support decision-making. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful implementation of business solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth. Funnel Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze the marketing funnel, using analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities for optimization to improve conversion rates.
Business Process Analysis: Assess current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance performance.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear visuals and project documentation for both technical and non-technical teams.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data and performance metrics, presenting reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Solution Development: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, product, operations) to design and implement solutions that address business needs.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Support: Support project management teams in ensuring timely and successful delivery of business solutions, including testing, training, and implementation.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and assist in the development of best practices.
What We Are Looking For
Experiences
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role.
Experience with business analysis tools, data visualization tools (e.g. AWS, Visio, SQL, Tableau, Excel) and data analysis.
Solid understanding of business processes and how to improve them through technological solutions, with an awareness of the potential impact of changes, offline and online.
Competencies
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and strategically.
