What The Role Is

You are responsible to analyse the training results (fitness and attrition) of soldiers across the Army.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Actively monitor and ensure that the soldier performance protocols are implemented safety and effectively
  • Work closely with the various stakeholders to co-develop the Soldier Performance Dashboard
  • Manage tech refresh initiatives and data flow


Challenge(s)

  • Ensuring that the data collected and displayed remain up to date and relevant.


What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Data Analytics
  • At least 6 years of work experience in data analytics related fields
  • Strong applied knowledge and skills in Data Analytics tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Team player mindset


Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
