JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement(s):
Minimum Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline
Key Qualities:
Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and facilitating L&D, OD, and employee engagement programmes.
Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage and inspire participants during training sessions.
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Familiarity with HRIS and Learning Management System (LMS).
Analytical skills for assessing programme impact and making data-driven recommendations.
Professional certifications/accreditations in relevant areas would be an advantage.
Years of Experience Required:
Minimally 6 years of HR working experience, with preferably a specialisation in learning and development or organisational development. Experience in public sector and/or healthcare would be an added advantage.
