JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Programme Planning, Curriculum Design and Development and Programme Evaluation
Conceptualise and design curriculum including developing new learning interventions/ pedagogies, in consultation with subject matter experts and key stakeholders, to achieve the desired learning outcomes
Evaluate the effectiveness of programmes and provide recommendations for improvement
Programme Management and Delivery of HLC programmes
Plan and execute programme within stipulated budget and in accordance to MOHH procurement frameworks and processes
Lead and manage procurement processes (eg. RFP, RFQ) to engage external vendors including seeking approval to final appointment of vendor
Overall in-charge for programme planning, delivery and execution
Drive and manage nomination processes for HLC programmes and work with key stakeholders to manage programme nominations.
Ensure accuracy of documentation and programme data base captured for HLC alumni
Guide supporting team members on programme needs and requirements leading up to programme delivery
Divisional work

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Degree holder
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines
Meticulous team player with excellent communication/interpersonal, organizational and stakeholder (of varying levels) management skills
Proficient with MS Office applications
Experience with programme curriculum / instructional design process will be an advantage
Familiarity or experience in Singapore’s healthcare system will be an advantage
At least 2 years of experience in programme management, learning and development
