NEW* Banking Operations Executive (Insurance)

This role is for a well-established global finance services industry.

Job Duties:

• Performs administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties.
• Maintain and update internal records, policies, and procedural documentation
• Prepare professional presentations, reports, and data analysis for internal and external stakeholders
• Create and manage spreadsheets and databases to track operational activities
• Assist with the preparation, reconciliation, and review of financial and transactional reports
• Provide responsive and accurate support to internal departments and clients, ensuring a high standard of customer service

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, VBA
• Insurance operations background will be preferred
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
