Job Duties:

• Retail Strategy & Excellence
• Develop and implement a comprehensive APAC retail strategy aligned with global brand guidelines and regional market nuances.
• Drive retail excellence by establishing and maintaining best-in-class standards for store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Analyse retail performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, implementing action plans to optimise sales and profitability.
• Lead a team of Visual Merchandising, Store Design, and Retail Education experts
• Develop and implement training programs to improve retail staff product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.
• Oversee the development and implementation of visual merchandising strategies to create engaging and impactful in-store experiences.
• Develop and implement comprehensive retail education programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of retail staff across the APAC region.
• Create engaging training materials and resources

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing
• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving retail excellence in the APAC region.
• Extensive knowledge of visual merchandising, store design, and retail education best practices.
• Proven experience working with luxury/premium brands is strongly desired.
