SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage a team of employees. The Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining productivity, quality standards, and ensuring workplace safety and discipline.

• Proven experience as a tile setter or similar role
• Ability to use tile-cutting tools and mixers
• Understanding of tiling techniques and materials
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials
• Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in tile setting or a related trade
• Experience with specialty tile (e.g., mosaic, natural stone)
