Accounts & Admin Executive (AP/AR/Basic $3500)

Summary:

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
• Location: Lavender
• Basic $3200-$3500
• Singaporean only

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry for AP and AR transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.
• Handle bank reconciliation, invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain and update financial records, filing, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Support general administrative duties, including office supplies, coordination with vendors, and basic HR support.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with SAP or other accounting software is an added advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and admin functions.
