Job Details

  • $3,000 – $4,000 Performance Bonus
  • Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)
  • Location: Boon Keng


Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility maintenance, inspections & repair works
  • Manage budgets, control costs & negotiate vendor contracts
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental regulations
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants & handle inquiries
  • Plan & oversee capital projects, renovations, and sustainability efforts
  • Maintain records for maintenance, contracts, and regulatory compliance


Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills & ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking tenants
  • Working knowledge of building systems & property regulations
  • Experience in facility maintenance and property management
  • Own vehicle required for site visits
