[What you will be working on]
Lead the implementation of MCTP across the organisation (launching in 2025):
Spearhead the launch and ongoing management of the MCTP
Develop a comprehensive implementation strategy and timeline
Design and coordinate career planning workshops/talks/seminars
Craft formal HR policies to support MCTP
Ensure alignment of new policies with existing organisational guidelines
Train HR staff and line managers on the new policy implementation
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant government agencies and private sector organisations
Organise networking events to facilitate knowledge sharing and potential placement opportunities
Develop partnerships for staff secondment and exchange programmes related to MCTP
Other HR Policies :
Develop and review other HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date, compliant, and aligned with organisational objectives and the Public Service
Lead the implementation of new policies and revisions to existing policies across the organisation
Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on HR policy matters
Conduct regular audits of HR policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure policies support all HR functions effectively
Stay abreast of changes in employment law, public service and best practices in HR policy
Manage policy-related communications and training programmes for employees and managers
Handle complex employee relations issues that involve policy interpretation or application
Prepare reports on policy effectiveness and recommend improvements
Contribute to the overall HR strategy and initiatives
Others:
Support the team in any other matters
[What we are looking for]
Tertiary education, preferably in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
Preferably with at least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the area mentioned above or related field
Able to work independently as well as in teams
Good communication, written and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Excel and able to organise HR data
Successful candidate will be appointed on contract basis.
