Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist (2 Years Contract)
We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Excel Power Query, combined with strong skills in Business Process Analysis and Service Design. In this role, you will analyze, design, and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experiences. You will support the Senior Assistant Director of RTO and collaborate with fellow Functional Division/Department’s Subject Matter Experts to deliver improved business processes and solutions.
Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Design and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Excel Power Query.
Work with stakeholders to map customer journeys and service touchpoints, ensuring automation solutions align with business goals.
Develop and integrate automation workflows with ERP, CRM, databases, and APIs.
Apply service design principles to create seamless, user-centric automation experiences.
Ensure automation solutions comply with security, governance, and compliance policies.
Maintain and improve existing automation solutions through troubleshooting and optimization.
Train and support end users, creating documentation for automated workflows.
Stay updated on emerging RPA trends, AI-driven automation, and best practices.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
Proven experience in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Excel Power Query.
Strong business process analysis skills with the ability to assess and improve workflows.
Experience in service design and creating user-centered automation solutions.
Understanding of RPA concepts, automation methodologies, and best practices.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, VBScript, BluePrism, UiPath) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple automation projects and work collaboratively across teams.
Familiarity with data platforms, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and has the ability to pitch ideas and influence.
Attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all analyses.
A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.
