As an IT Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in driving our hiring strategy and ensuring we attract the best candidates in the tech industry. Your mission: find, engage, and hire top IT talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
✅ Own the recruitment process – Understand and refine job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers.
✅ Source like a pro – Actively hunt for the best IT talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and offline networks.
✅ Screen & qualify – Identify top candidates and conduct thorough qualification interviews.
✅ Negotiate & close – Manage salary discussions and employment terms to secure the best hires.
✅ Ensure smooth onboarding – Support candidates through a seamless transition into their new roles.
✅ Stay on top of trends – Keep track of hiring activity, market trends, and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
🔹 Education: ITE or Diploma
🔹 Experience: 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record in external IT recruitment.
🔹 Expertise: Familiarity with 180° or 360° recruitment models is a plus.
