- Train, mentor, and guide staff to meet service standards.

- Schedule tasks and ensure smooth team operations.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise shipments.

- Maintain a clean, organized store with attractive displays.
