Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with local regulations for multiple companies. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a structured environment and has strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full set of bookkeeping for multiple companies, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and intercompany accounts.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities for multiple entities.
Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with Singapore’s financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Handle GST filings, CPF submissions, and other statutory requirements for various entities.
Maintain and update accounting systems and records across multiple companies.
Assist in payroll processing as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s financial regulations and tax requirements.
Experience managing bookkeeping for multiple companies is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage but not required.
