Executive/Senior Executive, Asia Europe (Trade Management) (Global HQ)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage trade data administration and priority cargo routing to optimize yield
• Assist in account planning & model ship workstreams to achieve account plan to target ratio
• Manage & oversee workstreams to ensure timely submission of data and documentations required for regulatory compliance (eg, tariff fillings, materials to regulatory authorities)
• Conduct market research and analysis to support trade management strategies including Competitor, commodity, market share analysis
• Coordinate and execute routine workstreams that contribute to compliance, performance monitoring, and ongoing improvement initiatives
• Support planning activities that defines Asia Europe's trade policy and direction, and effectively cascade to relevant parties within the organization
• Contribute actively to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies or any related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in trade management or any related field within the liner industry
• Knowledge of liner trade and marketing, space management, network planning and vessel operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Looker
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with global and cross-functional teams
• A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
