Part Time Customer Service Associate (Min 3 months)

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to be a member of our customer service team. You will play an integral role as you are the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch service and assistance.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Generate daily customer’s order and ensure delivery is met.
• Sorting of returned invoices, issuance of debit and credit notes.
• Work closely with internal & external customers to ensure all invoices are properly collated for timely submission to internal/external portal.
• Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with both internal and external customer.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer proficiency
• Able to commit at least 3 days per week (5pm -9pm) for a minimum of 3 months
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Working location

23 Chin Bee Avenue (Nearest Mrt station: Boon Lay)

Remuneration:

• $12 per hour from Monday to Friday
• $16 per hour on weekends & public holidays
