• Lead client strategy discussions and represent our SEO expertise in high-stakes pitches.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to craft custom strategies aligned to each client's goals.

⚙️ Build Smart Processes:

• Streamline workflows, scale execution, and explore automation to boost efficiency.
• Create repeatable processes that empower the team to deliver consistent, high-quality work.

🏢 Lead the Department:

• Align SEO efforts with broader business goals and cross-functional priorities.

• 5 years in SEO leadership roles, with a track record of team management and results.
• Proven experience pitching and presenting SEO strategies to enterprise clients.
• Deep knowledge of SEO tools, techniques, and performance metrics.
• Passion for people leadership, innovation, and driving meaningful business outcomes.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus!).
