Principle Consultant

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital banking products and services.
• Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Create detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user journeys, wireframes, and use cases.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution validation through user acceptance testing (UAT), test case preparation, and issue tracking.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support business decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience

• Exceptional documentation skills with experience creating business and functional requirement documents.
• Understanding of digital banking platforms
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
