Project Manager (Must have Digital Experience)

Scope:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of several projects and initiatives. The scope combines product ownership with project management responsibilities, including the planning, execution, and oversight of delivery timelines, resourcing, and stakeholder coordination. The person will work closely with UX, tech, and business teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, while also managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to go-live, to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.

Project Management

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and initiation through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and task tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate across teams to resolve issues, remove blockers, and drive progress.
• Track and manage budget, procurement needs, and vendor engagements if any.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Interface with business stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to leadership as needed.
• Ensure cross-team coordination and manage stakeholder feedback loops effectively.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in product and/or project management roles, ideally in internal platforms or enterprise applications.
• Strong track record of delivering digital products in agile or hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and agile tools.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable managing both scope and execution across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
