Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications, systems, and IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable production and efficient management within the client’s technology ecosystem.
• Act as a driver of technological innovation, supporting company functions through the delivery of both technical and functional solutions in a global context.
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to automate and optimize business processes across the capital markets value chain.
• Build and apply data science models to generate strategic insights, create predictive analytics, and deliver solutions aligned with current industry standards.
• Utilize generative AI to produce synthetic financial data, simulate market conditions, generate investment strategies, streamline post-trade operations, and enhance client interactions.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to design AI-driven solutions tailored to business needs.
• Foster a product-oriented approach to AI model deployment, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Information System ecosystem.
• Partner with cross-functional technical and business teams to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

Job Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in IT functional architecture.
• Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and MLOps.
• Strong background in data management, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation for model training.
• In-depth knowledge of AI algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in generative AI and large language model technologies, particularly in the public cloud using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles and best practices for embedding generation in GenAI applications.
• Technical proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java, and hands-on experience with DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud).
