Concierge - Shopping Services (#8317 / Contract / Full Time)

Description:

Our client is one of the World Best Airport and they are currently looking for vibrant individuals to be part of their team!

Job Scope:

• Managing concierge duties
• Assisting guests in wayfinding
• Provide shopping recommendations, brand and product information and alert passengers to promotions
• Handle passengers’ retail enquiries and attend to passengers with shopping needs (face to face, messages, video , live chats)
• Processing & managing all promotions, events & gift redemptions
• Managing of ticketing services & sales transactions
• Handling feedbacks & complaints from guests & tenants
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE O level with 1 - 2 years of customer service / luxury retail experience
• Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Pro-active and is comfortable interacting with passengers
• Willing to commit rotating shift

Training & Uniform provided

Working Hours:

• 0600 - 1530 / 1530 - 0100 (1 way transport)
• 0900 - 2100 / 2100 - 0900
• 0800 - 1730 / 1230 - 2200
• Salary up to $2500 per month
