Finance Assistant (6 months contract) - West

1. Monthly Reporting

• Prepare and present accurate monthly workload and revenue reports.
• Ensure timely submission of workload reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Generate and deliver Executive Information System (EIS) reports as per the scheduled timeline.

2. Data Management & Analysis

• Extract and analyze workload data from reports generated by the Data Science & Analytics team.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards with relevant data insights.
• Regularly update the monthly financial dashboard in Power BI, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Retrieve patient statistics for the Group Data Science & Analytics team to support database maintenance.
• Manage and clean up closed Internal Orders (IOs) within the system.

3. Financial Asset Oversight

• Support Site Finance in conducting fixed asset verification to ensure proper tracking and recording.

4. Ad Hoc Data Analysis

• Perform data extraction and reconciliation as required by management.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations when necessary.

5. Data Quality & Assurance

• Maintain accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.
• Implement and uphold data validation processes.

6. Process Improvement

• Identify and propose enhancements to reporting workflows and data management systems.

7. Collaboration & Communication

• Coordinate with different departments to gather essential data.
• Effectively communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, preferably with a focus on Accountancy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
