Admin Manager (Jurong Island)

• Location: Jurong Island (Shuttle Bus provided from specific MRTs)
• Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00

Our client, a leading Japanese gas and energy company, with a trading arm in machinery for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries, is looking for an Administrative Manager who can work in Jurong Island.

This person will be overseeing all administrative and systems within a manufacturing environment. He/she has to ensure efficient operations by supervising staff, managing and implementing policies, while also coordinating tasks and improving processes.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage & update data for refilling/manufacturing
• Supervising administrative staff
• Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Record keeping
• Attending to the auditor’s queries with supporting documents
• Assessing and improving administrative processes
• Training and developing administrative team members

Job Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Person who has a Degree or Diploma in Accounting is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience working as Accounting / Administrative Manager
