Job Description

Oversees all administrative and systems within a manufacturing environment.
Ensuring efficient operations by supervising staffs, managing and implementing policies, while also coordinating tasks and improving processes.

• Manage & update data for refilling / manufacturing
• Supervising administrative staffs.
• Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Record keeping
• Attending to auditor’s queries with supporting documents.
• Assessing and improving administrative processes.
• Training and developing administrative team members.

Job Requirement

• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience of working as Administrative & Accounting Manager
