• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary: up to $6,000 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Conceptualisation and design of facades, preparation of drawings and structural calculations
• Delivery of technical presentations
• Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, façade contractors, suppliers and other project team members
• Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors
• Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3-5 Years of experience in façade design, engineering and construction and project management.
• Proficient in CAD software to create designs and solve technical issues.
• Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills.
• Well-versed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations.
• Possess a wide network of building professionals and property developers.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
