Test Analyst (Compliance or Trading Applications)

We are seeking a highly motivated Test Analyst with expertise in compliance or trading applications. This role requires strong analytical and testing skills to ensure the reliability and performance of our digital platforms, particularly focused on rule engines and regulatory compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and Product Owner to understand functional requirements related to PTCC/Rule Engine.
• Partner with product, design, and technology teams to plan test scenarios and testing schedules for new features and product enhancements.
• Ensure timely delivery and execution of UAT cycles — from detailed test case creation to comprehensive end-to-end testing.
• Analyze and document test results; report, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to validate existing functionality post-updates.
• Communicate proactively with Product Owners and UAT Team Leads on issues, progress, and risk.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Support the test automation strategy and execution across platforms as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably within compliance, rule engine, or trading platforms.
• Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), especially on digital or client-facing platforms.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (preferred).
• Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria (an advantage).
• Strong background in Banking and Wealth Management domain.
• Proficiency with JIRA and other project tracking tools.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
