Job Posting for Application Support – Project Delivery & Customer Success at PERCEPT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist who will assume full accountability for the successful delivery of projects and effective coordination with customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in project management methodologies, capable of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, and ensuring smooth transition to support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for overall project success, ensuring customer expectations are met through well-defined cadence and delivery.
Drive all phases of the project – from requirements gathering and scoping, to planning, execution, risk management, monitoring, and support transition.
Use project management tools to track timelines and deliverables; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks and issues during each stage of the project, and collaborate on preventive and corrective actions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align on timelines, and manage expectations effectively.
Coordinate efforts across IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure successful and timely project execution.
Oversee release testing and certification processes to ensure solution readiness.
Ensure seamless handover to Application Support and 24x7 Operations teams with all necessary documentation and knowledge transfer.
Scope of Work:
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure delivery aligns with objectives.
Continuously assess project tasks for potential risks and facilitate team discussions to mitigate them.
Manage internal and external relationships to foster a productive and collaborative environment.
Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and frameworks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management and/or Service Delivery within the IT/Software industry.
Proven experience in managing software projects, delivery timelines, and working with diverse stakeholders.
Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
Strong client relationship and vendor management skills.
Strong time management and task prioritization capabilities.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change.
Demonstrated self-starter who adapts well in dynamic environments.
High energy, goal-oriented, and team player with a drive to lead initiatives in high-pressure situations.
