Product Owner – Client Life Cycle Management (CLM)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Owner to join our Platform & Analytics team, focusing on Client Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC). You will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives, from ideation to execution, while ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to prioritize features, write user stories, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Elicit and document business and functional requirements related to FCC and CLM using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Conduct current-state assessments, identify pain points, and co-create future-state processes with process owners to support the design and development of user-centric digital solutions.
• Apply design thinking methodologies to generate innovative, user-centered ideas. Lead workshops and ideation sessions to facilitate collaboration and ensure customer-focused outcomes.
• Lead the development of communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure smooth rollout, adoption, and sustainable change. Monitor adoption metrics and iterate as needed.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, within-budget delivery of compliance transformation projects. Manage scope, resources, and dependencies effectively.
• Perform gap and impact analysis arising from new policies, procedures, or business requirements. Create test strategies, write test cases, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner, Change Manager, Process Analyst, or
• Minimum 5 years in UAT testing within the Banking or Financial Services domain
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including writing epics, user stories, and managing backlogs
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Management certification
• Experience in AML compliance, CLM, or regulatory transformation
• Background in business consulting, risk change, or process re-engineering is a strong plus
