Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Roles & Responsibilities
Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
Preparation of Bills of Quantity
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
Monitoring and keeping track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
Measure and determine amount of work done at stages in order to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and sub-contractors
Carry out contract administration duties

Requirements
Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized Institution / University
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field Mechanical/Electrical)
Be able to take instructions and work independently
Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
Able to work well in a team
