Accounts Payable Executive (1Year, UP$3800, Orchard)

• Support Senior Executive and Executive in managing supplier master data for the portfolio.
• Ensure timely and accurate validation of supplier invoices.
• Ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Process expenses in accordance with company policies within the accounting system.
• Provide support for both Singapore and Japan entities, ensuring cross-border processes are handled smoothly.
• Assist in maintaining accurate supplier records and handling any discrepancies in invoices or payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting or supplier-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across different regions.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., IRAS for Singapore) is a plus.
